How to workout in space for resistance training.

1)  Get to space

2) Acquire top of the line human made Advanced Resistive Exercise Device (aRED).  Get one from the NASA Glenn Research Center!

3) Use the machine for at least 2.5 hours a day per NASA suggestion.

Easy as 1-2-3!
